Use of Dioctyl terephthalate
Dioctyl terephthalate is well used on PVC plastics. Compared to iso-octyl phthalate ester (DOP), it offer better heat , anti-freezing, not volatile, anti-taking and flexibility. Thus, it shows excellent durability, resistance to soapy water, and low-temperature softness. With good compatibility, it also can be used as plasticizer of PE alcohol butyral, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, cellulose nitrate and synthetic rubber. It also can be used as coating additives,lubricant of precision instruments, lubricant additives, or softener of paper.
